On a road trip in 1982 from the east coast, my parents’ VW van miraculously broke down in the cowboy/ski town of Jackson’s Hole. Their passion for skiing and the outdoors kept them here, and 6 years later my good fortune of being born in St. Johns hospital sealed my fate. I discovered my passion for skiing when I was 2 and haven’t missed a ski season since. Growing up with the Jackson Hole Ski & Snowboard Club I was exposed to some of the most amazing role models and coaches in the industry, which greatly influenced my own passion for coaching.
I started coaching in 2008 with the JH Anomaly Program. Being able to pass down my love for skiing to the next generation is an awesome experience in itself. I am especially excited to come back to the Club since I was a part of the first generation of the JHSC Freeride Program. Outside of skiing you can find me teaching gymnastics, surfing, kayaking, raising dairy goats and all around enjoying the outdoors.
Looking forward to a blower winter of pillows, pow, and stoke!
